Interested customers can register with their profile on the CSI (Child Support Interactive) online platform to receive an official smiONE prepaid Visa card. You can access your Family Support account by visiting the official website www.childsupport.oag.state.tx.us. Just click on the “Service Request” section to register.
- Visit the official smiONE card login portal with a desktop computer, laptop or private mobile device.
- You will be directed to a specific address, select the first four digits of your prepaid card.
- Click on the Activate Card section or the Access Account section.
- Cardholders are redirected to the left side of the homepage.
- Under Activate/Register Card, enter the card number in the appropriate section.
- Complete the procedures by providing all necessary data and relevant information according to the on-screen guidelines.
- Your account is now active, go to the smiONECard account section, fill in your relevant information and securely access your account for later use.
